JAKARTA - The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (Kemenkop UKM) is organizing the reality show IN2TENEXT program as a forum for branding fashion domestic fashion.

Deputy for SMEs at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Hanung Harimba Rachman said the IN2TENEXT program was not only intended as entertainment, but also a forum for branding fashion domestic fashion.

Hanung said, for the results of this year's IN2TENEXT casting reality show, eight young designer contestants were selected from the winners of the 2023 Fesyar competition, as well as proposed designers from the Jakarta ESMOD and Indonesian Fashion Chamber (IFC) fashion schools.

"Through this effort, superior designers who have great potential can compete and advance the domestic fashion sector to the international arena," he said.

The designer contestants had the opportunity to work with well-known Indonesian designers who would later not only be judges, but also mentors.

The results of the competition winners will be displayed at the IN2MF fashion show event which will take place in October 2024.

Meanwhile, Director of PT Maxerman Edward Mamahit as the IN2THENEXT production team said, Indonesia as the largest Muslim population has the potential to become a global setter trend for the fashion fashion fashion industry.

"This is driven by the large number of our designers' works that utilize local wastra in various regions. The designers will be tested by a series of challenges to create a fashion fashion of Wastra elements," he said.
