Penataan Kawasan Benteng Pendem Ambarawa Semarang Telan Anggaran Rp156,9 Miliar

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) plans to reorganize the Pendem Ambarawa Fort area or Fort Willem I located in Ambarawa, Semarang Regency, Central Java.

Quoted from the official website of the Ministry of PUPR's Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE), this project is being auctioned under the name of the tender for the Ambarawa Pendem Fort Fort I (Benteng Fort Willem I) Phase 1.

"The arrangement of the Pendem Ambarawa Fort Fort Willem I (Benteng Fort Willem I) Phase I is carried out through an integrated method of Design Bangun," wrote the Ministry of PUPR statement in its description, quoted Friday, October 27.

The arrangement of this historic place cost the 2023 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) to IDR 156.9 billion.

The scope of regional arrangements includes softscape and hardscape arrangements, as well as the rehabilitation of grave clusters and collapsed buildings.

Then, land repair work, construction of new access roads, construction of parking areas, construction of regional fences, and improvement of the area's drainage system.

Currently, the auction process is entering the qualifying stage which has been open since October 17, 2023, with the auction deadline ending on November 2.
