JAKARTA - PT Sejahtera Eka Graha, a company engaged in the property sector, received a state capital participation (PMN) in the form of property land assets in the East Bogor area with a value of IDR 1.2 trillion.

"Commission IX of the DPR RI said it approved PMN non-cash FY 2023 in the form of land for ex-BPPN property assets managed by the Ministry of Finance in the East Bogor Region," said Deputy Chairman of Commission XI DPR RI Fathan Subchi when delivering the conclusion of the DPR Commission XI meeting with DJKN, written Thursday, September 21.

Director General of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance Rionald Silaban said the non-cash PMN for PT Sejahtera Eka Graha is in the form of 71 Building Use Rights Certificates (SHGB) located in three urban villages in the East Bogor area.

"Katulampa, Cimahpar, and new land covering an area of 290,440 hectares with a fair value of IDR 1.2 trillion," said Rionald.

Furthermore, Rionald explained, the benefit of providing this non-cash PMN is that the government will be part of accelerating economic growth in the East Bogor area.

"Meanwhile, this company will provide additional new stream revenues and at the same time my company will be able to manage these assets better commercially," he explained.

He said that this non-cash PMN is expected to be useful for the community because it adds jobs when contracting development and after the area is completed.

"And also add public facilities for residents of Bogor City based on the planner being prepared," he said.
