JAKARTA Bank Indonesia (BI) reports that the 2023 Indonesian Creative Works (KKI) exhibition recorded a business matching activity of Rp207.3 billion.

BI Deputy Governor Juda Agung said KKI 2023 is a joint MSME stage which is expected to spur business people's motivation to increase creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm to continue to grow.

"We want Indonesian MSMEs to advance to class, go global, go exports that can encourage sustainable economic growth," he said, quoted Monday, July 31.

Juda explained that his party expressed appreciation to all ministries/agencies as well as agencies and all parties who helped make the KKI 2023 a success.

According to him, this year's event shows that even in the midst of global economic turmoil which also affects domestic economic conditions, people's interest and enthusiasm in buying and using national MSME products is still very high.

"We conclude that the role of MSMEs is very important to contribute to the growth of Indonesia's economy," he stressed.

The KKI 2023 ended last weekend with a total participation of 98,337 participants. Visitors on the KKI website have reached 39,208 people and visitors to the KKI exhibition offline from the first day to noon have reached 11,832 visitors.

"The Indonesian Creative Works agenda is one of the best offerings from Bank Indonesia for the advancement of MSMEs," concluded Juda.
