Changing Pupuk Indonesia's Board of Directors, Erick Thohir Appoints Rahmad Pribadi as Managing Director

JAKARTA - Minister for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir appointed Rahmad Pribadi as the Main Director of Pupuk Indonesia replacing Bakir Pasaman who has served since 2020.

The appointment of Rahmad Pribadi is based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No. SK-212/MBU/07/2023 dated 27 July 2023 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the Main Director of the Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Pupuk Indonesia.

Rahmad Pribadi himself is not a new person. He previously served as President Director of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur in 2020-2023, and President Director of PT Petrokimia Gresik in 2018-2020.

Corporate Secretary of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) Wijaya Laksana stated, all the big family of Pupuk Indonesia would like to welcome and join Rahmad Pribadi.

"We and all levels and staff are ready to support and make Pupuk Indonesia a Go Global company according to the directions of BUMN Minister Erick Thohir," said Wijaya in an official statement, Thursday, July 27.

On this occasion, Wijaya said that the entire Pupuk Indonesia extended family also appreciated the performance of Bakir Pasaman who had brought Pupuk Indonesia to achieve good performance.

Production Director: Bob Indiarto

Director of Finance & Risk Management: Wono Budi Tjahyono

Director of Portfolio and Business Development: Jamsaton Nababan
