JAKARTA - Bank DKI collaborated with PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) in presenting easy tickets for commuter line (KRL) trains, at an event entitled Launching Implementation of JakCard Use on Commuter Line Trains" which was held at KAI Commuter Juanda Station, Jakarta, Thursday 27 July.

The event was also attended by the Director of Technology and Operations of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, and the Director of Operations and Marketing of PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia, Broer Rizal and related officials from both parties.

Bank DKI's Director of Technology and Operations, Amirul Wicaksono, said that this implementation is an important momentum in an effort to expand JakCard's acceptance for the public, especially KRL users with high mobility.

"Through this implementation, Bank DKI is increasingly completing its services in realizing a non-cash transaction ecosystem in DKI Jakarta. This is also in line with Bank DKI's support in realizing the integration of public transportation payments in DKI Jakarta," said Amirul.

President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, on a different occasion explained that JakCard's acceptance as a KRL travel ticket was part of Bank DKI's efforts to strengthen the Electronic Money Card segment, and provide non-cash transaction options for the community.
