Deputy Of The Ministry Of Cooperatives And SMEs: INABUYER Activities Successfully Recorded The Potential Cooperation Of MSME Actors Worth IDR 1 Trillion

JAKARTA - Deputy for SMEs for the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (KemenKopUKM) Hanung Harimba Rachman said the INABUYER B2B2G Expo 2023 activity on 5-7 July 2023 managed to record potential cooperation involving cooperatives and MSMEs (KUMKM) up to IDR 1 trillion.

The number of visitors from INABUYER's activities this year reached 5,615 people. The potential for cooperation reached more than Rp1 trillion produced by 48 cooperatives and MSMEs with 14 SOEs, 2 K/L and 32 large companies. The top position is occupied by PT Perikanan Indonesia as much as Rp974.12 billion," said Hanung in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Sunday, July 9.

INABUYER B2B2G Expo 2023 also resulted in 18 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreements (PKS) involving 17 KUMKM and 1 association as well as other cooperation opportunities.

Hanung is also optimistic that INABUYER 2023 will be the driver of an ideal partnership ecosystem, benefit both parties, provide experience and transfer of technology, and provide opportunities for cooperation.

"I hope this activity can be carried out every year, the more MSME products are included in the supply chain partnerships of large companies, SOEs, Ministries/Institutions; and I hope that cooperatives and MSMEs can network together to grow and increase their business scale," he said.

Furthermore, Hanung welcomed the INABUYER B2B2G Expo 2023 activity which can be carried out at SMESCO. He hopes that in the future SMESCO can become a hub for the development of MSMEs, becoming a forum for strong collaboration between MSME actors, the government, communities and educational institutions in creating creativity and MSME growth.

In addition, Hanung also appreciated the various parties involved, such as Hippindo, BUMN, big businesses, and Ministries/Institutions that have provided assistance and opportunities for cooperation to cooperatives and MSMEs.

"I hope that the INABUYER B2B2G Expo 2023 event will be a good start for us, strengthen synergies between the Government, BUMN, large businesses, to accelerate the transformation of cooperatives and MSMEs that are inclusive and sustainable," he said.
