Reshuffle Of The Board Of Directors, Minister Of SOEs Appoints Shadiq Akasya As President Director Of Bio Farma

JAKARTA - SOE Minister Erick Thohir reshuffled the composition of PT Bio Farma's directors and commissioners (Persero). Erick appointed Shadiq Akasya as President Director replacing Honesti Basyir who was appointed as director of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Changes in the composition of the company's management are in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of SOEs as General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma Number: SK-110/MBU/06/2023 dated June 5, 2023 concerning Dismissal, Changes to the Nomenclature of Positions, Transfer of Tasks and Appointments of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma.

In addition to appointing Shadiq Akasya, Erick also appointed Kamelia Faisal as Marketing Director. Then, Iin Susanti as Production Director and Supply Chain.

For your information, Shadiq Akasya previously served as President Director of BNI Life. Meanwhile, Kamelia Faisal was previously the Director of Sales & Marketing of PT Indofarma Tbk. Meanwhile, Iin Susanti served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Control of Corporate Performance.

Erick also determined the transfer of Yuliana Indriati's assignment as Director of Research and Business Development to Director of Business Development. Then, Sri Harsi Teteki from the beginning as Director of Institutional Relations to Director of Medical and Institutional Relations.

Not only that, Erick also reshuffled the composition of company commissioners through the Decree of the Minister of SOEs as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma Number: SK-111/MBU/06/2023 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma.

In the Decree of the Minister of SOEs, Erick appointed Didik Kusnaini as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma. Didik Kusnaini is currently the Director of Harmonization of Budgeting Regulations of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
