JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) targets the distribution of funds for Housing Financing Liquidity Facilities (FLPP) for low-income people (MBR) next year of IDR 25.18 trillion for 220 thousand subsidized housing units.

"We will continue this FLPP in the coming year with a target of 2023 of 220 thousand units worth IDR 25.18 trillion," said BP Tapera Commissioner Adi Setianto at a press conference in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Monday, November 21.

Adi also expressed his optimism to be able to achieve the target of distributing FLPP funds in 2022. After achieving maximum results in the third quarter of 2022, BP Tapera is optimistic that it can complete the remaining distributions ahead of the end of 2022.

It was recorded that as of November 16, 2022, from the target of 226,000 units, 189,950 housing units were distributed worth IDR 21.13 trillion. Thus, the total distribution of FLPP funds from 2010 to 2022 (month) was 1,133,529 units or IDR 96.31 trillion.

"We are optimistic that the remaining targets will be completed before the end of 2022," said Adi.

Meanwhile, the distribution of Tapera funds will be targeted at IDR 4.64 trillion as many as 54,924 units.

For the distribution of Tapera financing as of November 16, 2022, it has realized a financing contract of 4,256 units worth Rp636.72 billion.

This Tapera financing contract is through Bank BTN, BRI, BTN Syariah and BJB, both for Home Ownership Loans (KPR) and Home Renovation Loans (KRR).

"We hope that all programs managed by BP Tapera, both FLPP and Tapera, will increase MBR access and affordability for housing that is livable and affordable. This is in line with the government's efforts to overcome home/backlog shortages," said Adi Setianto.
