JAKARTA - PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (Blibli) has set an initial public offering (IPO) price of Rp450 per share.

The Company publishes additional information and/or improvements to the summary prospectus, after receiving the Statement of Effective Securities Listing from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on October 31, 2022.

The funds obtained from the initial public offering after deducting all share issuance costs will be allocated entirely to pay the entire balance of banking facility debt of around IDR 5.5 trillion.
