Set Initial Share Price of IDR450, Blibli Will Raise IDR 7.99 Trillion Funds at IPO 'Celebration'

JAKARTA - PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (Blibli) has set an initial public offering (IPO) price of Rp450 per share.

The Company publishes additional information and/or improvements to the summary prospectus, after receiving the Statement of Effective Securities Listing from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on October 31, 2022.

"The company will issue 17,771,205,900 new shares, which are ordinary shares in the name issued from the company portfolio and offered to the public at an offering price of IDR450 per share", said VP Public Relations of PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk, Yolanda Nainggolan, in a statement quoted by Antara on Wednesday, November 2nd.

Thus, the total value of the shares offered in the company's initial public offering is IDR 7.99 trillion.

During the initial offering period (book building) which took place from October 17 to 24, 2022, the company received a positive response from various institutional investors, both from within and outside the country.

The public offering period will take place from November 2-4 2022, which is the right period for potential retail investors (individuals) who want to participate in owning company shares that will use the BUY stock code.

Meanwhile, the company's initial share listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is scheduled to take place on November 8, 2022.

"Through the initial public offering, the company has aspirations to support the investment climate of the capital market in Indonesia, and is optimistic that it can have a positive impact on society, from the government, business partners, to all customers in the Blibli ecosystem", said Yolanda.

The funds obtained from the initial public offering after deducting all share issuance costs will be allocated entirely to pay the entire balance of banking facility debt of around IDR 5.5 trillion.

The remainder will be used by the company and its subsidiaries as working capital to support the company's main business activities and business development.
