Kota Deltamas Cikarang Developer Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja Earns IDR 1.44 Trillion In Revenue And IDR 715 Billion In Profit In 2021

JAKARTA - Property developer of the Sinarmas Group owned by conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) posted operating revenues of Rp1.44 trillion and a net profit of IDR 715 billion in 2021.

In the DMAS information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted Monday, April 11, the industrial segment is the main contributor to the business revenue of this Kota Deltamas Cikarang developer with a contribution of IDR 1.18 trillion or around 81.9 percent of total operating revenue.

The residential and commercial segments contributed IDR 125 billion and IDR 117 billion, respectively, or 8.7 percent and 8.1 percent of the company's operating revenues.

In addition, the hotel segment contributed IDR 11 billion or 0.7 percent of the company's operating income, while the rental segment contributed IDR 8 billion or 0.5 percent of the company's operating income.

"The sale of industrial land to customers from the automotive sector and its derivatives, as well as the data center sector, will be the main support for operating revenues in 2021," said Director of Puradelta Lestari, Tondy Suwanto in his official statement.

DMAS posted a gross profit of IDR 847 billion in 2021, with a gross profit margin of 58.8 percent. Meanwhile, operating profit was recorded at Rp 665 billion with an operating profit margin of 46.2 percent.

The company's profit before tax was recorded at IDR 731 billion in 2021, while the company's net profit was recorded at IDR 715 billion in 2021, with a net profit margin of 49.6 percent.

From a fundamental perspective, the Company's total assets as of 31 December 2021 were recorded at IDR 6.11 trillion, Rp638 billion or 9.5 percent lower than the total assets as of 31 December 2020 of IDR 6.75 trillion.
