Peeking At The Wealth Of The Candidate For The Commander Of The Indonesian Armed Forces, General Andika Perkasa, Owns A Range Rover Sport And A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter For A Total Of IDR 2.6 Billion

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has decided to appoint the Chief of Army Staff (KSAD) General TNI Andika Perkasa as the sole candidate for the next TNI Commander in Chief to replace TNI Commander Marshal TNI Hadi Tjahjanto.

By the provisions, General Andika will take a fit and proper test by the House of Representatives before being officially appointed as the number one person in the Indonesian military institution.

He has also submitted the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) before facing parliament.

Launching information released by the e-LHKPN website, Wednesday, November 3, it was known that the son-in-law of General Retired. AM Hendropriyono has a total wealth of IDR 179.9 billion. This figure is an accumulation of cash equivalents of IDR 126.9 billion.

Then, 20 building units worth IDR 38.1 billion. Interestingly, several properties belonging to General Andika are located overseas.

Noted, one building worth 1.5 billion in New South Wales Australia, land and buildings covering an area of 2,223 square meters in Cadbury, United States with an estimated price of IDR 4.5 billion.

Then, the land in Cedar Croft Lane Bethesda and Court Potomac MD 20854 in the United States with a value of IDR 5 billion and IDR 5.5 billion, respectively.

Furthermore, this army general with a burly stature also has a vehicle worth IDR 2.6 billion, other movable property IDR 10.1 billion, and securities worth IDR 2.1 billion.

Regarding this means of transportation, General Andika owns two luxury cars, namely the 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Sport 3.0V 6 AT worth IDR800 million and the 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 315 worth IDR 1.8 billion.
