JAKARTA - Terra Drone's Human Resource Business Partner, Umaidi Suhari said, the condition of the building used is a six-story shophouse that has standard characteristics as usual.

This was conveyed, to answer public questions regarding the absence of evacuation routes when the fire hit the PT Terra Drone building, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at noon.

"Our office is a shophouse. Maybe friends can also see for themselves what the condition of the shophouse is like. It can also be equated with several other shophouses," he told the media, at the Police Hospital, Keramat Jati, Wednesday, December 10, 2025 night.

Umaidi said that there were elevators and one ladder in the shop. However, when the fire broke out, the situation was out of control so that rescue efforts were difficult.

"Inside we have an elevator, we also have a ladder, but at that time things were really out of our control, friends," he said.

He revealed that Terra Drone had occupied the building two years ago, coinciding with the acquisition process of local companies. He also repeatedly expressed deep sorrow for the families of the victims.
