Negative DNA Test, Lisa Mariana's Lawsuit Against Ridwan Kamil Ran Aground At Bandung District Court

JAKARTA - Bandung District Court (PN) rejected the lawsuit against the law filed by Lisa Mariana Presley against the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil. The verdict was read out by the panel of judges on December 8, 2025 in the case numbered 184/Pdt.G/2025/PN Bandung.

Ridwan Kamil's attorney, Muslim Jaya Butar Butar, said that the panel of judges rejected all of the plaintiff's lawsuits.

Lisa Mariana's lawsuit regarding an unlawful act against Ridwan Kamil at the Bandung District Court has been decided by the panel of judges, "he told the media, Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

He explained that the decision was taken after the Bandung District Court considered the results of DNA tests which showed the absence of a biological relationship between Ridwan Kamil and Lisa Mariana's child.

"With legal considerations, the results of the DNA test were negative between Ridwan Kamil and Lisa Mariana," he said

According to him, the panel of judges considered that the elements of unlawful acts alleged to be unproven, so that all plaintiffs' requests were declared groundless to be granted.

"So, Lisa's lawsuit about unlawful acts is not proven," she said.

Previously, Lisa Mariana filed the lawsuit on May 5, 2025, and the inaugural trial was held on May 19, 2025. In her lawsuit, Lisa asked the court to determine the identity rights of the child and at the same time assess the alleged unlawful act by Ridwan Kamil.
