JAKARTA - The police said the digital footprint containing the expression of revenge was an important key to the disclosure of the kidnapping and murder of Alvaro Kiano Nugroho (AKN), a 6-year-old boy who was reported missing since early March 2025.

The police named Alex Iskandar as a suspect after investigators found conversations and digital records with revenge on his cell phone.

From AI's cellphone, investigators found repeatedly revenge sentences in the records of private conversations, one of which reads 'how do I take revenge'. This finding became the main foothold of investigators in reading the motive for the perpetrator's actions.

"The limit appears repeatedly in the context of anger," he said.

The perpetrator finally admitted that the emotional push led him to kidnap Alvaro, by picking up the victim from a mosque in the Bintaro area, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.

However, the victim cried relentlessly and was later smothered by the perpetrator and died.

"After the victim died, the perpetrator wrapped the body in a black plastic bag, and threw it in the Tenjo area, precisely on the Cilalay bridge, on March 9, 2025 at night, or three days after it was discovered that AKN was missing," he concluded.
