Murder In Cililitan Motivated By Jealousy, Victim's Girlfriend Invited To PGC Purchased Clothes By Perpetrators

The motive for the murder carried out by RS (20) against MNF (19) and MH (19) on Jalan Cililitan, Condet Area, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, began when N (the victim's girlfriend MH) was invited to PGC Cililitan by the suspect with the intention of accompanying him to buy birthday cakes for the suspect's girlfriend at the hospital.

"Initially the victim's girl (MH) was invited by the perpetrator to accompany him to buy birthday cakes for the perpetrator's girlfriend, this was done on November 10, 2025. The perpetrator's girlfriend will have a birthday on November 14, 2025," said Kramat Jati Police Chief, AKP Hasiholan Siahaan Party, Tuesday, November 18.

Then when buying a birthday cake, the RS perpetrator actually offered clothes to the victim's MH's boyfriend. The hospital offered because he wanted to buy clothes for his girlfriend, but because he wasn't comfortable with MH's boyfriend, the hospital finally accepted him.

"The perpetrator offered the victim's girl 'do you want to buy clothes or not?'. It turned out that without further ado they were immediately bought. The perpetrator bought 2 clothes for his girlfriend and the victim's boyfriend MH," he said.

Apparently MH knew that N (his lover) was bought clothes by the hospital. This was known by MH on Monday, November 17, 2025.

After seeing N his girlfriend being bought clothes by the suspect at the hospital, MH was burned down by a jealous fire. Especially if N has been invited by the hospital to go alone to PGC.

MH then communicated with the perpetrators of the hospital through chat with the WhatsApp application, causing a dispute.

"They plan to meet at the location where the perpetrator lives around the cililitan highway. At that time suddenly on the way, they met at a crossroads," he said.

Then the perpetrator ran into his boarding house which was on the 2nd floor to take the balance. Next, the perpetrator came down and approached 2 victims who had chased him.

"Then there was a standard beating there. First, the victim approached the perpetrator hitting the left cheek. Then MNF was greeted by MNF by hitting the helmet at the perpetrator's head," he said.

At that time, the perpetrators of the hospital were already prepared because they brought their sponsors.

"When the helmet was hit on the head of the perpetrator, it was blocked with the perpetrator's left hand. The right hand carrying the elbow approached the left neck which resulted in the MNF victim's fall so that it could not be saved," he said.

The MH victim was then taken to Kramat Jati Hospital for further help.

Meanwhile, the perpetrators of the hospital were charged with premeditated murder and/or persecution, namely Articles 338 of the Criminal Code and 340 of the Criminal Code and 351 of the Criminal Code.

"The maximum threat is the death penalty, the minimum threat is 20 years," he said.
