The Civil Service Police Unit of Bogor Regency, West Java, dismantled four illegal buildings in the area of the Cibinong Indonesian Youth National Committee Building, Tuesday, November 11, after previously being given warnings according to applicable regulations.
Head of the General Order Division of the Bogor Regency Satpol PP, Rhama Kodara, said the control was carried out after giving a warning letter for 7x24 hours in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning Public Order.
"We have ordered four buildings, two of which have been dismantled independently by the owner, while the other two were demolished today," said Rhama Kodara, quoted by Antara.
He said that another building used as a bamboo nursery was still given an additional 7x24 hours for self-dismantling as requested by the owner. After all the buildings are demolished, his party will carry out land acquisition so that they do not return to illegal use.
In this activity, Satpol PP deployed 30 personnel, assisted by 15 members of the Bogor Resort Police and five Garnisun personnel to ensure the process runs safely and in an orderly manner.
