Tanjung Priok Port Police Chief, AKBP Martuasah Tobing said the disclosure began with the arrest of HW (23) a suspect in the Honda Beat motorcycle embezzlement numbered B 3555 TMJ on Jalan Padamarang, the parking lot of the Tanjung Priok Harbormaster office, North Jakarta.
"The incident began when the suspect with the initials HW borrowed a motorbike from victim Agus for photocopy of a lack of files for handling sailors' books," he told reporters, Monday, October 27.
