Dedi Mulyadi Will Announce The Laziest Employee Through Social Media

West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi said he would announce the Laziest employees of the West Java Provincial Government, in terms of attendance, until their monthly performance on social media.

"Every month you can see. Employees with low attendance rates and poor performance will be announced on social media," said Dedi after the ASN briefing at the Ganesha Cultural Sasana (Sabuga) building in Bandung, Thursday, October 2.

Pengumuman di media sosial ini, kata Dedi, akan dilakukan mulai tanggal 1 November 2025 mendatang, untuk melecut kinerja pegawai tersebut.

"Yes, people are paid, there must be a product. If they are paid there is no product, what are they doing?", he said.

Later, said Dedi, his party will evaluate and even reduce employees who are considered unproductive, and are channeled to other fields.

"That's why later there will be employees who... not everyone is needed in an office office. Later some will be assigned to schools to become administrative staff," he said.

Regarding the indicators, Dedi ensures that there is, and will depart from the standardization of the performance achievements of each work unit.

"There is standardization of performance," he said.

In addition, Dedi said that his party would also impose rewards and punishment in the future, even dismissal.

"It was dismissed. Today can be asked, more than 20 people have been dismissed, we just don't announce it," he added.
