Brigadier Riska Shows 50 Scenes Of Her Husband's Murder Brigadier Esco

Brigadier Riska Sintiani demonstrated 50 scenes in the reconstruction of the alleged murder case of her husband, Brigadier Esco Faska Rely at his home in Jembatan Jembatangan Village, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

"About 50 scenes have been implemented," said Head of Sub-Directorate III for Crime and Violence (Jatanras) of the NTB Police, AKBP Catur Erwin Setiawan, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, September 29.

The first scene was carried out on a paved road before entering the alley of the house where Brigadier Riska previously lived with the deceased and his two children. The first scene is about 10 meters from the gate of the house.

In the fourth scene to the next, starting from the gate of the suspect's house, Brigadier Riska, the police prohibited the entry of journalists and residents by installing police lines.

From observations outside the yard of Brigadier Riska's house, it can be seen that only a small part of the dozens of scenes played by the suspect.

One of them, in the 14th scene. Brigadier Riska, who was seen in prison uniform wearing a brown headscarf and covering his face with a medical mask, stood under a lengkeng fruit tree in the side yard of the house.

In the scene, Brigadier Riska was seen having a dialogue with his aunt while pointing to the front yard and backroom where Brigadier Esco was executed.

Catur said that during the reconstruction, the police held two versions. In addition to the suspect's version, the police also held simultaneously in the witness version of seven people.

"Even though there are two versions, we will still combine them," he said.

Due to the reconstruction activity, Catur emphasized that his party from the West Lombok Police Satreskrim investigators would use the results as supporting evidence in determining Brigadier Riska as a suspect.

Brigadier Riska in this case was named a suspect on suspicion of the murder of her husband on Tuesday night (19/8).

The police apply Article 44 paragraph (3) of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT) or Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder or Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder.

In this case, at least 50 witnesses were included in the examination file, including Brigadier Riska, who is the wife of Brigadier Esco.

In a series of investigations that led to the alleged murder, the police also investigated the results of extracting Brigadier Esco's cell phone and his wife.

The deepening of the evidence also refers to the examination of the results of forensic laboratory testing related to bloodstains found around the victim's house and the autopsy of Brigadier Esco's body at Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital.

In this investigation, the police have found indications of unlawful acts that led to the alleged murder of Brigadier Esco.

The initial evidence was pocketed by the police from the discovery of Brigadier Esco's body on Sunday (24/8) at 11.30 WITA. His body was found wrapped in a rope tied around a small tree.

Based on these findings, information quickly spread to the community to the police. Brigadier Esco's body was then evacuated and the police conducted a crime scene investigation.

The identity of Brigadier Esco was revealed from the clothes he was wearing and his belongings such as cellphones, watches to the keys to two-wheeled vehicles in his trouser bags.
