The prosecutor demanded that the panel of judges impose a sentence of 10.5 years in prison for former West Lombok Regent Zaini Arony in a corruption case in the cooperation of Lombok City Center development operations and management in West Lombok Regency.
"Requesting that the panel of judges impose a sentence on the defendant total Tanihaha with a sentence of 10 years and 6 months in prison," said Hasan Basri representing a team of public prosecutors reading out the charges at the Corruption Court at the Mataram District Court, NTB, Monday.
In addition to the criminal sentence, the prosecutor asked the judge to impose a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to 6 months in prison to replace the fine.
In the indictment, the prosecutor did not charge the defendant to pay compensation for state financial losses worth Rp39.3 billion.

Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
