Nia's Mother's Story To Pramono, Take A Detainable Certificate For Her Dead Child

JAKARTA - A mother is in the spotlight in the event of giving a diploma that is whitened to students in Jakarta whose diploma has been held at school.

The 40-year-old woman is named Nia. She is in the middle of a row of thousands of students at SMA Islam Said Naum, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

Nia's presence, who also queued for the awarding of a white diploma, caught the attention of the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung.

When asked by Pramono, Nia replied that she was about to get her son's junior high school diploma, Irgy Satya, who had been detained for 2 years. However, it turned out that Irgy had only died 40 days ago.

"My son died sir, because of a brawl. Now he wants to take his middle school diploma," said Nia, who couldn't hold back her tears in front of Pramono, Thursday, August 21.

Nia said that Irgy died as a result of a brawl with his condition being hacked in a number of body parts. Irgy died one day before taking the 2nd grade high school promotion exam.

"It's strong, ma'am. Hopefully it will be useful," Pramono replied after listening to Nia's explanation.

Furthermore, Nia revealed the reason she still wanted to take Irgy's diploma even though her favorite son had passed away.

"Just for memories. Her father also said, 'Why did you take it? Yes, my name is as a mother, I just want to take it," explained Nia while wiping her eyes.

For information, Pramono Anung again handed over the assistance for bleaching his diploma. In stage IV, bleaching was given to 1,897 students whose diplomas had been held back for a value of Rp7.69 billion.

Phase IV whitening is distributed with three waves. In the first wave, as many as 774 students received Rp3.61 billion. Overall, from Phase I to IV, the funds that have been disbursed reached Rp12.03 billion for 3,212 students.
