Furthermore, Prasetyo expressed the government's concern over the arrest of Immanuel Ebenezer in a hand arrest operation (OTT) carried out by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). He said President Prabowo Subianto had received the report and fully submitted this process to law enforcement officials.
"We just received news about OTT activities by the KPK. We represent the government, of course, expressing concern because one member of the Red and White Cabinet is informed of the process," said Prasetyo.
According to him, President Prabowo has repeatedly reminded state officials to maintain their mandate and avoid abuse of power.
"Mr. President has received a report and conveyed that this is the realm of law. He respects the process at the KPK and invites the legal process to be carried out properly," he said.
