DKI Jakarta Tax Office Building Burns on Friday Night, 20 Damkar Armada Deployed

JAKARTA - The Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Building of the Special Capital City of Jakarta (DKI) on Jalan Abdul Muis, South Petojo, Gambir, Central Jakarta, was on fire on Friday, August 7 evening. Around 20 units of fire brigade and 100 personnel were deployed to control the red hero.

According to the Damkar Command Center, the information about the fire incident was received by his party at 21.30 WIB. The report was received through the 112 alert channel. "The initial deployment of 2 fire trucks at the scene," wrote the Damkar report. After about 10 minutes, the officers of the Central Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service (Gulkarmat) arrived at the scene.

Until now, the fire has not been completely extinguished. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the authorities.

Residents around the fire site watched this event. Some recorded and photographed through their mobile phone cameras. Traffic on Jalan Abdul Muis was disrupted when the fire struck.
