Prior To The Title Of Special Cases, Roy Suryo Called Jokowi's Ijazah A Result Of Engineering

JAKARTA - Telematics expert Roy Suryo said he had digitally analyzed the certificate belonging to the 7th President, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) forensic. As a result, indications of the document were found to have been engineered or edited.

He conveyed this before undergoing a special case title related to the alleged validity of Jokowi's diploma at Bareskrim Pori.

The analysis process for the diploma of the Faculty of Forestry, Gajah Mada University (UGM) owned by Jokowi is known to use Error Level Analysis (ELA).

"The first conclusion is that the results of ELA or Error Level Analysis, Joko Widodo's diploma has been engineered or there has been editing," said Roy Suryo at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Wednesday, July 9.

The conclusion was withdrawn because in the analysis process, Jokowi's diploma showed damage to the logo and photo fit.

Meanwhile, continued Roy Suryo, when compared to the results of his diploma analysis using ELA, there was no damage whatsoever.

"Well, I tested what happened to Jokowi when he was examined using ELA, what was the result? It was damaged. So this is evidence that there has been engineering, the logo is no longer visible, when the photo is also not visible," he said.

In addition, Roy Suryo also uses face comparison technology to analyze photos on Jokowi's diploma. As a result, there is no match between the photos in the document and the current one.

"But the photo of Joko Widodo in the diploma and the current one is not match. Not the same. The photo in the diploma is not the same as the original one now," said Roy Suryo.

Previously, the Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri was said to be carrying out a special case title related to the alleged case of the 7th President's fake diploma, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), on Wednesday, July 9.

The news was conveyed by Roy Suryo's lawyer, Ahmad Khozinudin. His party will be present in the process of holding the special case.

"Currently, we are focusing on preparing ourselves for a special case that will be held on Wednesday at the Police Headquarters Wasidik Bureau," Ahmad told reporters, Monday, July 7.

The special case title process was scheduled for July 3. However, it was postponed due to a request for postponement from the Ulama Defenders Team and Activists (TPUA).

In the letter, TPUA asked the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police to involve several names in the process of holding the special case.

The names in question are the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM), the Indonesian Parliament, telematics expert Roy Suryo, and academic and alumni of Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar.
