JAKARTA - Ahzab (31) was arrested by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cempaka Putih Police after reportedly embezzling a Toyota Etios car with the number BE 1156 AMP belonging to his employer.

The car was pawned by the perpetrator to someone named Aqso in the Jasinga area, Bogor.

After the employer believed and handed over the Etios unit, the car was instead pawned to Aqsa worth Rp. 40 million.

After arresting the perpetrator, the police also arrested a car collector in the Jasinga area, Bogor.

"Based on the information of the perpetrators, we are pursuing car buyers in the Jasinga area, Bogor," he said.

The car holder was also arrested for allegedly being a collector of four-wheeled vehicles sold by the perpetrators.
