The Government Immediately Disburses The 13th Salary Of ASN Rp49.3 Trillion

Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati stated that she would immediately disburse the payment of the 13th salary for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), as well as the TNI and Polri this month with a total budget of IDR 49.3 trillion.

The Minister of Finance said the 13th salary for central, regional, TNI, Polri and retirees ASN was given after the government also rolled out an economic stimulus package worth IDR 24.44 trillion to maintain growth rate and strengthen national economic stability.

"In addition to Rp24.44 trillion from this stimulus package, as known by our 13th salary media friends, we also disbursed it this June. The total budget is around Rp49.3 trillion including central, regional, TNI-Polri and retirees ASN," said Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani after attending a limited meeting at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Monday, June 2, reported by ANTARA.

The Minister of Finance hopes that the disbursement of the 13th salary for ASN, TNI and Polri, as well as economic stimulus packages worth IDR 24.44 trillion can maintain national economic growth.

The disbursement of the 13th salary for ASN, TNI-Polri and retirees was announced by President Prabowo Subianto in March along with the announcement of THR (Hari Raya Allowance) in 2025 ahead of Eid Al-Fitr.

"Meanwhile, the 13th salary will be paid at the beginning of the new school school year, namely June 2025," Prabowo said on March 11.

In addition to disbursing the 13th salary for ASN, the government stated that the value of the stimulus package which reached Rp24.44 trillion consisted of Rp23.59 trillion which came from the APBN and Rp850 billion from non-APBN.

The Minister of Finance hopes that economic growth will be maintained near 5 percent in the midst of global conditions supported by various government program acceleration measures such as Free Nutrition Food, Red and White Village Cooperatives, People's Schools, and reconstruction or improvement of schools of IDR 16 trillion.

"We hope that in the second quarter economic growth can still be maintained close to 5 percent from what was previously expected to weaken due to global conditions," Sri Mulyani said at a press conference.
