Acceleration Of Housing Program, Ministry Of PKP Gets Support From International Financial Institutions

Deputy Minister (Wamen) of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Fahri Hamzah stated that the three million houses that were run during President Prabowo's leadership received support from several international financial institutions. This support can accelerate the development and arrangement of residential areas.

"This support aims to accelerate the housing development program and arrangement of residential areas that are appropriate for the people of Indonesia," said Fahri Hamzah, Thursday, March 20.

Some of these international financial institutions are World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Islamic Development Bank (IDB), and German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).

In realizing the program, Fahri emphasized the importance of integrating ideas and synergies with various parties, including the central and regional governments. That way, decent housing for the community can immediately run faster and more effectively.

"We have many partners in the local government who can be invited to cooperate. I just need to make sure that this program runs according to the direction of the President," said Fahri.

In the era of President Prabowo Subianto's leadership, the government continues to ensure that every stage of the program runs optimally, so that people can enjoy the right to decent and affordable housing.

This program is also expected to reduce the housing backlog and expand public access to quality houses.

The program to build 3 million houses is part of the government's efforts to improve people's welfare through the provision of decent housing. With the synergy between the government and various stakeholders, this target is believed to be achieved according to plan.
