The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has asked the Directorate General of Immigration to prevent five suspects in the procurement of goods and services in the form of placing advertisements for PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten, Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR) for the period 2021-2023 traveling abroad. One of them is Yuddy Renaldi as the former President Director of Bank BJB.

"The KPK has issued Decree Number 373 of 2025 concerning the Prohibition of Traveling Abroad against five people with the initials YR, WH, IAD, SUH, and RSJK," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika to reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, March 13.

Apart from Yuddy, the other four suspects who were prevented were Widi Hartono (WH) who served as chairman of the corporate secretary division and Ikin Asikin Dulmanan (IAD), Suhendrik (S), and R. Sophan Jaya Kusuma (RSJK) as private parties.

"This prohibition of traveling abroad is carried out by investigators because the presence of the person concerned in Indonesian territory is needed in the context of the investigation process," said Tessa.

Prevention abroad applies for six months and can be extended, explained Tessa. The determination of the five suspects was carried out based on an investigation warrant (sprindik) issued on February 27.

In this case, the five suspects are suspected of having mark-ups or inflated the budget related to the installation of advertisements so that they are charged with Article 2 Paragraph (1) or Article 3.

To strengthen their actions, investigators have conducted searches in a number of places since Monday, March 10. Among them are the house of former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil and Bank BJB office in Bandung, West Java. After this search, the KPK has the opportunity to ask for information from Ridwan Kamil.

"Investigators will summon witnesses who are deemed to have the necessary information," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, March 11.

The testimony of these witnesses, continued Tessa, was needed to strengthen the evidence that had been pocketed by investigators.

"In order to fulfill the elements of the case," concluded the spokesman with the investigator's background.
