Allegations Of Forgery Of The Bekasi Sea Pagar Deed, Bareskrim Check The Village Head And Ex-Kades Segarajaya

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has examined 19 witnesses in the investigation into the alleged forgery of land certificates related to the sea fence in the waters of Bekasi Regency. Of the dozens of witnesses, two of them were the Village Head (Kades) and the former Head of Segarajaya Village.

"Currently we have examined 19 witnesses," said Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro as quoted on Saturday, February 22.

"Then the former Sagarajaya Village Head and the Sagarajaya Village Head," he continued.

It was detailed, apart from the two people, the witnesses who had been questioned were 10 employees of the Bekasi Regency Land Office; 2 owners of SHM (Owned Rights Certificates) who were suspected to be illegal, 3 members of the PTSL officer support team; and 2 RT/RW officials from Sagarajaya Village.

From a series of temporary investigations, allegations of deed forgery were also found in Huripjaya. Thus, investigators scheduled an examination of several parties from related institutions and ministries next week.

"We are currently also sending possible invitations for next week to examine several parties from ministries, institutions, and government agencies regarding the issuance of certificates to the public and companies in marine waters in Sagarajaya Village and Huripjaya Village," he said.

In addition, from the investigation that has been carried out, investigators obtained information about the existence of land certificates pawned to private banks. However, the truth is still being investigated.

If the information is proven, it is believed that the case will immediately go up to the investigation stage. This is because there are parties who seek profit behind the series of alleged deed forgery actions.

"Although we still need to investigate, we are sure that these two cases can definitely be raised to the level of investigation," said Djuhandhani.
