KemenPANRB Urges State Apparatus To Immediately Report Wealth

JAKARTA - The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) appealed to all state officials to immediately report their assets as stated in the Circular Letter of the Minister of PANRB Number 2 of 2023 concerning Submission of State Apparatus Wealth Reports (LHKAN).

PANRB Minister Rini Widyantini explained that this LHKAN is an obligation that must be conveyed by every state apparatus, both ASN, TNI, and Polri.

"The results of monitoring and reporting on the submission of LHKAN should be reported by the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) or the appointed unit, to the Ministry of PANRB no later than April 30 every year," Rini said in a statement in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Saturday, February 8.

The reporting of assets is one of the efforts to prevent corruption in line with the mandate of the National Corruption Prevention Strategy (Stranas PK).

Based on the SE Minister of PANRB Number 2 of 2023, the submission of the state apparatus's wealth report is carried out through the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) for state administrators and certain appointed positions, as well as through the Annual Taxpayer Notification Letter (SPT) for State Apparatus who are not required for LHKPN.

Meanwhile, Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Accountability of Apparatus, and Supervision of the Ministry of PANRB Erwan Agus Purwanto also requested the active participation of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) or other appointed work units, to monitor the obedience of every state apparatus in fulfilling LHKAN reporting obligations in every government agency and convey the results of the monitoring to the PANRB Ministry.

"Every government agency must formulate an internal policy that requires reporting of LHKAN and technically explain the submission of LHKAN to every state apparatus in its agency," said Erwan.

The format of the report refers to the provisions in SE Minister of PANRB Number 2 of 2023 concerning Submission of LHKAN.
