Complete Dossier, Murder Case With Prodia Boss's Child Suspect Will Soon Be Tried

JAKARTA - The police stated that the file for the alleged murder of the FA (16) with the suspect Arif Nugroho was declared complete or P-21. Investigators will immediately carry out phase two.

The alleged murder case is known to be related to extortion or bribery that dragged AKBP Bintoro and four other policemen.

"The South Jakarta District Attorney stated in the letter that the investigation of the criminal case on behalf of the suspect AN alias S who was suspected of violating Article 338 of the Criminal Code or the crime of murder or Article 359 of the Criminal Code or was said to have caused the death to be declared complete," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Friday, February 7.

The case file for the murder was declared complete by the investigating prosecutor today. The follow-up to be carried out is to delegate the suspect and evidence.

However, because Arif Nugroho, who is the son of Prodia's boss, has been in a detention center for alleged sexual harassment, the investigator will only hand over the evidence to the prosecutor.

Prosecutors will immediately file an indictment and the case of the alleged murder can be heard immediately.

"Information from the suspect investigator is already in prison, yes, in detention center so that it will be carried out in the near future the submission of evidence," said Ade.

Sebagai informasi AKBP Bintoro dan empat polisi lainnya yakni eks Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, AKBP Gogo Galesung; eks Kanit Resmob Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, AKP Mariana; dan Kasubnit Resmob Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan berinisial Ipda ND sedang menjalani sidang Komisi Kode Etik.

They are suspected of extorting or accepting bribes from two suspects in the murder case, namely Arif Nugroho (AN) alias Bastian 'son of the owner of the Prodia laboratory clinic network and Muhammad Bayu Hartanto. The value of extortion reached Rp20 billion.

The extortion worth Rp20 billion consists of Rp5 billion in cash and Rp1.6 billion which is claimed to be transferred in three stages.
