Iwan Fals Examined By Police, Gives Information On The Problem Of Forgery Of Founder Oi

YOGYAKARTA Senior Indonesian singer Iwan Fals visited the South Jakarta Metro Police on Monday, February 3, evening. Together with his wife, Rosana Listanto, and his attorney, Andhika, Iwan Fals were questioned by the police regarding the alleged forgery of Indonesian founders (Oi) four years ago, namely 2021.

"Yes, he fulfilled the summons, in connection with the case four years ago," Iwan Fals explained to reporters in Jakarta, quoted from Antara.

During the interrogation, the police gave as many as 16 questions to Iwan Fals and his wife. Andhika as Iwan Fals' attorney also explained that his client came to the South Jakarta Metro Police to explain the reports submitted since 2021.

"So, uncle Iwan and aunt Yos had good intentions to attend the interview invitation to provide clarification and what is needed for an investigation for the case previously from 2021 if I'm not mistaken," said Andhika.

Unfortunately, Andhika did not explain the case that held Iwan Fals in detail.

Please note, Indonesians (Oi) were originally a fan group of Iwan Fals as a musician. The group calls itself Oi and has members from various regions in Indonesia. But over time, Oi then legalized his association to become an organization.

Regarding the presence of Iwan Fals and his wife at the police station, the case cannot be ascertained. However, it is suspected that this case is related to the report of Indra Bonaparte (IB) who is one of the founders of Oi.

Reporting from Antara, Rosanna Listanto as Iwan Fals' wife, reported a person with the initials KS. Rosanna was said to have refused because she was accused of falsifying the deed of establishment of Indonesians (OI).

KS at that time became the attorney for IB, who was one of the founders of IO. The report itself was filed in 2021.

Rosanna's report was processed at Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta. The reported KS is suspected of Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law and or Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code concerning Slander and Unpleasant Acts.
