Forced With Alcohol, 16-year-old Girl In Meruya, West Jakarta Raped By 3 Youths

JAKARTA - A 16-year-old girl with the initials RR became a victim of rape by three men who were suspected of being friends of her own inside the rented house, Jalan H Lebar, Gang Bawang, RT 07/06, Meruya Selatan, Kembangan, West Jakarta.

One of the perpetrators with the initials MYH (19) was arrested by the police after the victim's family reported it, while the other two perpetrators had the initials RP alias Rian (DPO) and FE alias Jeding (DPO).

Kembangan Police Chief Kompol Moch Taufik Iksan said, from the sexual intercourse case against a girl that occurred in a rented house, the victim reported that there were 3 perpetrators of forced detention.

"We have arrested a perpetrator with the initials MYH (19)," said Kompol Taufik when confirmed, Sunday, January 26.

Meanwhile, the other perpetrators with the initials FE alias Jeding and RP alias Rian are still being sought by the police.

"We are still pursuing both of them," he said.

The incident began when the perpetrator with the initials Jeding rode a motorbike. Arriving at the scene, it turned out that there was already a suspect Rian (DPO).

In addition, at the location there was also alcohol that had been prepared by Jeding. Then Jeding picked up the victim with the initials RR.

After the RR victim was picked up by Jeding, RR joined in. The perpetrators also fed the victim with alcohol until he was drunk unconscious.

The MYH suspect then came to the location and ordered Jeding and Rian to leave the rented house. the suspect then forced the victim.

The suspect had sex with the victim for about ten minutes.

After that, Jeding re-entered the rented house and had sex with the victim. Then, Rian did the same thing.

"The three perpetrators invited the victim to drink alcohol, when the victim was under the influence of alcohol and then the three perpetrators took turns having sex with the victim," he said.

Until now, the police are still hunting down two other perpetrators of the forced assault. However, the case has been transferred to the West Jakarta Metro Police PPA Unit for further investigation

In order to account for his actions, MYH suspect was charged with Article 81 UURI No. 17 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to UURI No.23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
