The construction of the Semarang-Demak Toll Road uses a scheme of cooperation between business entities and the government (PPP). Semarang-Demak Toll Road Section I is the responsibility of the government by using the APBN of Rp. 10 trillion, while Section II is the authority of the Toll Road Business Entity, namely PT PP Semarang Demak with a construction fee of Rp. 4.7 trillion.
