Retired In Bandung Stabbed To Death Due To Car Parking Fight, Perpetrator Arrested

BANDUNG - Police arrested HH, the perpetrator of the persecution that killed retired retired Muhammad Mubin in West Bandung, West Java. The reason is a car park dispute.

HH stabbed the retired officer because of an argument on Tuesday, August 16 morning. The Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Ibrahim Tompo, said that HH and the victim were initially involved in an argument, which ended in mistreatment of the victim.

The perpetrator and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation which turned into a fight, because the victim parked in front of the shophouse owned by the perpetrator on Jalan Adiwarta, Lembang, West Bandung Regency, which eventually caused the victim to die.

At that time, it was clear to Ibrahim Tompo that the victim wanted to park his car in front of the gate of the house belonging to the perpetrator.

"Then by the employee of the perpetrator, (the victim) was reprimanded not to park his car in front of the gate of the house," said Ibrahim Tompo in a written statement, Thursday, August 18.

When the victim was reprimanded by the perpetrator's employee, according to Ibrahim, the victim did not accept it and scolded the perpetrator's employee again, causing an argument.

"Until the perpetrator who was cooking was heard in the house. Heard the employee of the perpetrator was arguing in front of the house, then the perpetrator who was cooking came out carrying a kitchen knife," said Ibrahim.

The perpetrator, who defended his employee, then argued with the victim who parked his vehicle in front of the gate of the perpetrator's house.

"The victim turned to scold the perpetrator and then the perpetrator immediately stabbed the knife that the perpetrator brought from inside the house," he continued.

After the stabbing, the victim escaped using his car.

"Only about 50 meters from the scene, the victim's car finally stopped and the victim asked for help," he said

The residents took the victim to the Sespim Polri clinic. But on the way the victim allegedly bleeds and died.

For his actions, the perpetrators were charged with Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code with a maximum imprisonment of 7 years.
