MECCA - Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas checks the readiness of the health service post in Mina. The Minister of Religion said that this health service post was suitable for handling anyone, including prospective pilgrims who might need help during their mabit (overnight) in Mina, Saudi Arabia.

"This is extraordinary, it is appropriate to handle anyone, including pilgrims who may need help later, but no matter how good it is, of course, we hope that it is not used," said the Minister of Religion on the sidelines of inspecting the tent in Mina, reported Wednesday, July 6.

He hoped that the tent prepared for the health post would be enough space to anticipate if someone needed serious help.

"Once again, hopefully not used," he said. In other words, the Minister of Religion hopes that all Indonesian Hajj pilgrims are in good health and able to carry out their worship at the peak of the pilgrimage.

Previously, the Head of the Health Ministry's Hajj Health Center, Budi Sylvana, said that the health preparations for operations at the peak of the Hajj were 100 percent.

Budi said all health resources, including officers, medicines, and medical equipment, will be mobilized starting Wednesday (6/7) at 22.00 Saudi Arabian Time (WAS).

According to the plan, as many as 331 PPIH Saudi Arabian health workers in the health sector will be tasked with providing health services in Masyair.

The Arafah health post will be in the tent of the Indonesian Hajj mission in maktab eight and will be the responsibility of the airport health team assisted by officers under operational control (BKO) from KKHI Makkah and Madinah.

As for health services in the Muzdalifah area, 10 satellite health posts will be provided whose officers are from KKHI Makkah.

In Mina, one health post will be provided in the Al-Muaisim area which is the responsibility of the Medina KKHI team and one satellite health post in Maktab seven which will be guarded by the EMT.

In addition, there will also be mobile posts along the Jamarat route, namely four posts on the top lane and four posts on the bottom lane.
