JAKARTA - Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko launched the Presidential Staff School program as well as the opening of registration for the first batch at the Youth Pledge Museum, Senen, Central Jakarta.

Moeldoko said that the Presidential Staff School is a place to prepare young people to prepare themselves as superior human beings as future leaders.

"KSP provides opportunities, work spaces, spaces to explore and exploit themselves so that each of them can truly become future leaders," said Moeldoko at the location, Friday, June 17.

Moeldoko explained that learning in the Presidential Staff School was carried out by identifying the problems of the nation and state, ranging from ideology, politics, economy, socio-culture, defense, to security.

After recognizing these problems, the Presidential Staff School participants will also be asked to find solutions to the problems the nation and state are currently facing. They will also be deployed to the field to report on social conflict situations in an area.

After receiving a direct description of the conflicts they are facing, the participants of the Presidential Staff School are also asked to formulate policy steps to be taken by the government, in coordination with ministries and institutions.

"Later on, these children will actually manage the country like this. It's not as easy as imagined. How will they become KSP members? It's very possible. But entering KSP, the assessment team is a bit sadistic. So, it's not easy. It's quite strict ," said Moeldoko.

"Once again, I invite young Indonesians to join the Presidential Staff School. From there, all of you will learn to recognize problems, learn to deal with issues, learn to manage issues, learn how to respond to those issues to get a solution. That's what we do day by day at the office of the Presidential Chief of Staff," he continued.

For information, the Presidential Staff School will look for 32 participants as future statesmen with the condition that they are 17 to 26 years old, domiciled in Greater Jakarta, and are open to all professions.
