Rachel Vennya Asked To Attend Regarding The RFS Number Plate, Requirements Must Be Brought
JAKARTA - Celebrity Rachel Vennya will undergo clarification regarding the use of RFS number plates on her car. The inspection was carried out because it was suspected that the number plate did not match the data on the car used by Rachel Vennya.
The examination will be carried out today, after the police reschedule. This is because Rachel Vennya was not present at the invitation for clarification on Monday, October 25.
"It's been postponed. The reason is that she couldn't attend today because she has a more important matter to do," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Bin Gakkum at Metro Jaya Police Grand Commissioner Adjutant Argo Wiyono to reporters, Monday, October 25.
With this, Rachel Vennya's inquest was rescheduled for Tuesday, October 26. Later, the program will provide information about the use of the RFS code which is currently in the spotlight.
"What's the reason, we only know that she can't make it today, so it's postponed to Tuesday," Argo said briefly.

Bring Terms
In a later examination, the police asked Rachel Vennya to bring certain conditions.
Director of Traffic of the Metro Jaya Police Grand Commissioner Sambodo Purnomo Yogo said the conditions that must be brought were for example a car that used a B 139 RFS license plate when undergoing inspection at the Metro Jaya Police, as well as documents related to the vehicle.
"We asked to come and bring the vehicle that was used at night at the Metro Jaya Police," said Sambodo.
Later, the car will be thoroughly inspected both physically and with documents. Thus, the allegations that have been developed will be proven true.
"Tomorrow we will see what it looks like. Is it true that the vehicle has changed color but the TNKB has not changed. Or the STNK was affixed to another vehicle that is not suitable for use," said Sambodo.
"Regarding the use of the TNKB and STNK used at night when checked at the Regional Police. The data we have is white, but at that time the person concerned used a black Alphard," he continued.
Then, if there is a violation later, the sanctions will be given in the form of a ticket and a fine. In fact, according to Article 280 Juncto 68 or Article 288 of the Road Traffic and Transportation Law, there is imprisonment as a sanction.
"The only sanction is a ticket. A fine of Rp500 thousand or two months' imprisonment," concluded Sambodo.
