BCA And Blibli, 2 Companies Owned By The Conglomerate Hartono Brothers Collaborate To Launch The BCA Blibli Mastercard Credit Card

JAKARTA - BCA and Blibli collaborated to launch the BCA Blibli Mastercard credit card as a convenient payment solution in an easy way to cater to customers' lifestyles.

"There is a change in people's behavior in meeting their daily needs from visiting on-site stores to being online and it is possible that this habit will not come back again, this is what motivates banks to meet consumers," said BCA Director Santoso during a press conference for the virtual launch of the BCA Blibli Mastercard credit card, quoted from Antara, Monday 11 October.

Santoso conveyed that Blibli's track record in serving consumers, ranging from the type and quality of goods sold to delivery, was one of the reasons BCA chose Blibli to collaborate to meet the increasingly diverse needs of consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"In the future, there will be various needs from consumers, in the past online shopping was generally electronic goods, beauty tools, and others. Now I see progress at Blibli mart to provide daily needs," he said.

On the same occasion, Blibli CEO & Co-Founder Kusumo Martanto said that as an e-commerce company, he understands that users always expect added value from every shopping activity. Therefore, Blibli strives to strengthen synergies by collaborating with BCA to provide innovative solutions for all of its customers.

The promos offered by the BCA Blibli Mastercard Credit Card are a welcome bonus of up to Rp. 650 thousand, cashback of up to 50 percent for the first 5 thousand people who make transactions on launch day, 10 percent cash back for each transaction, and extra Blipay balance. In addition, BCA Blibli Mastercard Credit Card users will also be exempt from the annual fee for the first year.
