JAKARTA - The reported case of alleged fraud with the mode of recruiting Civil Servants (PNS), Olivia Nathania, did not fulfill the summons for an examination. The reason is that the daughter from Nia Daniaty is said to be mentally unprepared.

"Olivia is not present because she is not mentally ready," said Olivia's attorney, Susanti, to reporters, Tuesday, October 5.

In addition, Susanti said, another reason her client had not fulfilled the summons was that the preparation of evidence had not yet been completed. Because, there are still many things that must be prepared.

"The two existing documents are also not yet complete, there are still missing," she said.

Not only Olivia, said Susanti, the husband of her client, Rafli, was not present at the summons. For the reason being sick.

"Mr. Rafli is indeed less healthy than 5 days ago, he has typhoid. So he couldn't attend," said Susanti.

In their absence, investigators rescheduled the examination of the husband and wife. It is planned that the inspection will be carried out next week.

"On October 11 (schedule of inspection)," she said.

As is known, there were five victims who decided to report cases of fraud and/or embezzlement and/or forgery of letters allegedly committed by Olivia Nathania and her husband, RN.

The articles that are violated are Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.

Previously, the singer Nia Daniaty's daughter straightened the news that she had committed fraud. According to her, she only opens tutoring for those who want to become Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS).

Olivia explained, to take CPNS lessons that she made, participants had to pay RP25 million. The money is used to pay employees and operations during lessons.
