PS5 Users, Check Out Some Feature Updates On Your Favorite Console!
JAKARTA - The PlayStation 5 (PS5) system update has just been announced by Sony, of course, it brings many improvements that users need, one of which they will get access to use an additional SSD on their console.
Not only that, but users will also get 3D audio support through their built-in stereo speakers on their televisions. However, Dolby Atmos audio support is not yet available for users other than Blu-ray disc playback or new 3D audio setups on home theater systems.
Furthermore, Sony is also bringing an update to the DualSense PS5 controller that allows players to use the built-in microphone, to help calibrate audio settings to work on the television and the room they're in.
Users can also customize the Control Center layout by moving or hiding certain options. Interestingly, PS4 and PS5 games are now separated in different library tabs.

The PS Remote Play feature will now be available when gamers are out of Wi-Fi range to stream games or simply browse console menus. Sony recommends a minimum speed of 5Mbps for gaming, with a suggestion of 15Mbps in both directions for the best experience from a 5G or 4G LTE connection.
Sony has also provided several other features that will be coming after September 23, such as users being able to share the screen from a friend's PS5 on the PS App on iOS or Android.
