Accompanied By Anies Baswedan, Vice President Ma'ruf Blusukan Reviewing The Details Of Face-to-face Learning At Schools In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin and DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan reviewed the implementation of face-to-face learning (PTM) in a number of schools in Jakarta today.

The review began at 08.25 WIB at Tarakanita 5 Elementary School Rawamangun, East Jakarta then continued to Penabur Christian High School Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, and finally at State High School 19 Jakarta

During the visit, Vice President Ma'ruf and Anies Baswedan witnessed firsthand and discussed with their respective school principals regarding the implementation of health protocols in schools that organize PTM.

"Given that the threat of COVID-19 has not yet ended, I urge all school residents to remain careful and vigilant by remaining disciplined in implementing health protocols", said Vice President Ma'ruf in Jakarta, Antara, Wednesday, September 7.

The implementation of health protocols must be carried out strictly so that new sources of COVID-19 transmission do not occur in the school environment.

The vice president also asked schools that have organized PTM to evaluate every week, especially regarding the implementation of health protocols for the safety of each student.

"If there are positive confirmed cases or potential that could lead to the emergence of new clusters, immediately take decisive action for the safety and comfort of all parties," said the Vice President.

Also attending the visit was the Director-General of Early Childhood Education, Basic Education and Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Jumeri, and the Deputy for Systems and Strategies of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Raditya Jati.

Meanwhile, the Vice President was accompanied by the Deputy for Policy Support for Human Development and Development Equity at the Secretariat of the Vice President, Suprayoga Hadi, Special Staff for the Vice President for Communication and Information Masduki Baidlowi, and Special Staff for the Vice President Bambang Widianto.
