KPK Investigate Project Fees To Several Parties Related To Alleged Gratification In North Lampung Regency Government
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the alleged flow of money to several parties in the North Lampung Regency Government. This was done about the alleged granting of gratuities in the area in the form of project fees.
KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, said the investigation was carried out by summoning seven witnesses on Tuesday, August 24 at the BPKP Representative Office for Lampung Province.
Those who were called were Andrio Sangun, who is the warden of the Class IIA prison in North Lampung Regency and the manager of PT Sinergi Bina Sejahtera and CV Putra Nirwana, Ansyori Sabak.
In addition, the KPK also summoned four entrepreneurs, namely Ahmad Dani, Amrullah Uzir, Indra Jaya Hamzah, and Andi Achmad Jaya, as well as a retired Civil Servant (ASN), MC Tripriyanto Indi Yuniharso.
"Witnesses were present and confirmed, among others, related to the alleged flow of funds in the form of fees for various projects given to parties related to the case," said Ali to reporters, Wednesday, August 24.

Furthermore, the KPK will also examine six other witnesses today or Wednesday, August 25. Those examined were the Director of CV Bumi Karya Consultant, Kastamto; Director of CV Buay Panembahan, Andi Krisna; and the Director of CV Trisman Jaya, Septo Sugiarto.
Next, there is also a member of the Regional House of Representatives of North Lampung Regency, Nurdin Habibim; Honorary PUPR Office of North Lampung Regency Puji Priyanto; and an ASN named Novie Rismarianty.
"Located at the BPKP office for the representative of Lampung Province, the investigative team scheduled the summoning of witnesses," said Ali.
As previously reported, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is currently investigating allegations of receiving gratuities in the North Lampung Regency, Lampung. This investigation has entered the investigation stage and begins with the development of the alleged corruption case that they are currently handling.
Even so, the anti-corruption commission has not been able to detail the chronology and the parties named as suspects.
Details regarding this alleged gratification case will be conveyed when there is a forced attempt in the form of arrest and/or detention. Even so, the KPK invites the public to be active in overseeing each process of investigating the alleged crime in North Lampung.
