Good News, West Papua Has Received The Oxygen Assistance From The National Police Chief Sigit
JAKARTA - The assistance of 75 oxygen concentrator packages from the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo arrived at Rendani Airport Manokwari, Monday, August 9, which was delivered using a Police aircraft type CN 295/P-4501.
The National Police Chief's assistance to overcome the oxygen crisis in West Papua was picked up by the Regional Police Chief Inspector General Tornagogo Sihombing accompanied by Deputy Governor Muhammad Lakotani and other regional leadership elements.
Inspector General Tornagogo Sihombing said the purpose of providing assistance from the Police leadership was to meet the oxygen needs that had been in crisis at a number of referral hospitals for COVID-19 patients, including the Bhayangkara Hospital of the West Papua Police.
"We hope that with the help of this oxygen concentrator, hospital services for COVID-19 patients who need it can be served", he said, quoted by Antara.

Furthermore, the Head of Public Relations of the West Papua Police, Kombes Adam Erwindi, said that the distribution of the 75 oxygen concentrator packages would be adjusted to the needs of a number of COVID-19 referral hospitals in 13 districts and cities.
"The technical distribution of the National Police Chief's assistance will be adjusted to the needs of medical devices at each COVID-19 referral hospital in each region, in line with the hopes of the National Police Chief to help the government and the community", he said.
