"We then carried out patrols with two-wheeled vehicles in the Gemblegan Serengan area, Solo. We accidentally saw a newspaper vendor, Mr. Agus Warga Laweyan. We then stopped the vehicle to help the sick resident, by selling newspapers and merchandise", said Arif after receiving the award from the Police
Arif then helped sell it to people who passed by the road and in about 15 minutes the newspapers and tissues were sold out.
"I didn't expect that the activity of helping an old newspaper trader during this pandemic would go viral on social media", he said.
When he helped sell newspapers and merchandise belonging to a resident, it turned out that there were women who bought the victim with IDR 100,000 and did not ask for the change to be given directly to the merchant.
"I helped these residents spontaneously and was afraid when I was contacted by the commander. This turned out to be viral on social media. Besides serving as a police officer, I will also continue to serve if there are residents who need help", said Arif.

"Social concern like this is shown by the three members. We continue to encourage members of the Surakarta Police in addition to carrying out their main duties as members of the National Police to continue to care, empathize with others", said the Chief of Police.
According to the Head of Police, this continues to be inflamed as a philosophy of work and life, where the Surakarta Police Station, if it is intended to be worship, chooses the police as a profession, is the way to heaven.
