JAKARTA - Nia Ramadhani was arrested at her residence in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta. She was arrested after the police arrested her driver, whose initials were ZN, last Wednesday, July 7. Meanwhile, her husband, Ardi Bakrie, said the police had surrendered.
In this case, the police confiscated 0.78 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a suction device. The three suspects were charged with Article 127 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics. Now they will undergo a period of rehabilitation, while the legal case continues.
Knowing that her brother and sister-in-law were arrested by the police, Anindya Bakrie gave them their moral support. Through uploads on Instagram, Anindya wrote that no human is perfect. And the family of the conglomerate Aburizal Bakrie has been heartened to forgive Ardi and Nia for their actions.
"Our family has forgiven and provided in-depth advice to both of them. Hopefully, this will be a valuable record for improving life in the future", wrote Anindya.
Anindya also asked the public to forgive Nia and Ardi. "Regardless of the mistakes made, my two younger brothers are very kind. They do a lot of benefits for the wider community, both in business and social activities", she continued.
