DPRD Finds Unlicensed Alcohol Packaging Warehouse In West Jakarta, But Anies' Men Don't Know
JAKARTA - Commission A of the DKI Jakarta DPRD received a report from residents regarding a warehouse for packaging alcoholic beverages without a building permit (IMB) in Kalideres, West Jakarta.
When the DPRD visited the location, it turned out that the 259 square meter warehouse building had been operating without an IMB. Because, the land should be for road plans.
"When we came and met with the commissioner of his company, he admitted that the building owner bought the land and the building from a friend. There are two buildings. One is an office and has an IMB, the other is a warehouse for packaging alcoholic drinks without an IMB because the land is for road use," said Mujiyono to VOI, Wednesday, June 16.
It turned out that, when buying, the owner of the alcohol packaging warehouse building held the IMB. However, it was suspected that the IMB was not genuine, so the IMB was withdrawn by the DKI Jakarta Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Affairs Office.
"Automatically at this time the IMB for the packaging warehouse does not exist. It means that it clearly violates the rules," said Mujiyono.

Mujiyono was surprised. This is because, as long as the alcohol packaging warehouse is operating, the local sub-district and village head do not know that the building has problems. This means that the DKI Provincial Government is weak in supervising the permit to establish a place of business in the capital city.
"In fact, the head of the village is the territorial ruler in his area. He reasoned because the place is closed and not just anyone can enter. It's good, the DKI Provincial Government, and everyone should be able to know," he said.
Therefore, Mujiyono asked the DKI Provincial Government to give strict sanctions to warehouse owners who have violated permits for three years because they are considered detrimental to the state.
“There must be sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations, whether to pay fines or what. This must be clear, so that there is a deterrent effect,” he said.
