Bangkalan Police Detain Members Of The DPRD Who Did The Shooting
SURABAYA - Members of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Bangkalan, Madura, East Java, initially H, 28, finally detained Bangkalan Police. The villagers of Betambak became suspects in the shooting.
"Yes, the local police have made arrests of suspects H last Monday", said Head of Public Relations of East Java Police, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, confirmed, Tuesday, May 25.
Meanwhile, Bangkalan Police Chief, AKP Sigit Nursiyo Dwiyugo, said suspect H was detained after an examination including a ballistic weapons test.
"The result was declared projectiles by the weapons fired by H to the victim", he said.
From the witness statements examined, suspect H called the executor of the shooting using an assembled weapon.
"The gun actually belonged to his uncle Sufwat the victim of Arosbaya's murder which was eventually held by H", he said.

As a result of his actions, H entangled article 340 of the Criminal Code jo Article 55 of the Criminal Code on murder.
In this case, two suspects were first secured, namely S and M. Both were also involved in the shooting that killed L, a resident of West Lebak Hamlet, Sepulu Village.
"The motive of the shooting was due to the heartache that L allegedly committed, when he came and asked to return the bike belonging to S, he resisted that's where the shooting happened", Sigit said.
