Good News, Eid Al-Fitr THR For East Kotawaringin Civil Servants Disbursed Today
KALIMANTAN - The government of East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan will pay the holiday allowance or (THR) Eid Al-Fitr 1442 Hijriah for the local State Civil Servants (ASN) on Thursday, May 6 tomorrow.
"SP2D is currently being processed and tomorrow it will be realized. So it remains only the readiness of the bank to distribute. We are trying to speed up the process because the rules are clear," said Head of the Regional Finance and Asset Agency for East Kotawaringin Regency, Poraktina Ike Heritha through the Head of the Salary Treasury, H Juma'eh in Sampit, Wednesday, May 5.
The THR payment, from the Antara report, is based on the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 63 of 2021 concerning the Giving of Holiday Allowances and Thirteenth Salaries to State Apparatus, Retirees, Retired Recipients, and Beneficiaries of Benefits in 2021.
This was followed up by the issuance of the East Kotawaringin Regent Regulation No. 10/2021 which was sent to the provincial government.

He explained, the amount of THR will be distributed to 5,535 people with a total fund of Rp25,235,757,350. The amount of THR paid refers to the amount of salary received by each of them in April.
However, the net value received is greater because it is only deducted by income tax or PPh21.
Apart from state civil servants, THR is also paid to regents, deputy regents, echelon II officials as well as leaders and members of the East Kotawaringin DPRD.
This is different from last 2020. At that time, echelon II officials of other higher-ranking officials were not given THR because at that time most of the budget was directed towards handling COVID-19, but this year they were given THR.
"Members of the council are also given THR. Indeed there are regulations. Contract workers are also likely to be paid and regulated by a regional head regulation. It is currently being processed at the Legal Bureau. When it is finished, it will be realized soon. The number of recipients is still coordinated with the Civil Service Agency," said Juma'eh.
This THR payment for ASN is expected to have an impact on the economy. It is hoped that the circulation of money that will occur will also be able to move the community's economy.
Asked about the disbursement of the 13th salary, Juma'eh informed that the disbursement was not done simultaneously with the THR. However, it has been informed that the 13th salary will also be paid in the not too distant future.
"The 13th salary is planned to be paid in July using the June salary standard. But for the exact date, the process will be adjusted accordingly. But certainly in July," said Juma'eh.
